Hey Nick,

 

The Bug:

Just another observation.. This time on FAQ's. I haven't been able to get FAQ's working in any versions so far.

It never changes the faq="false" to "true". (if i manually change it, then it appears in the right place)

 

The Request:

I'd really love the FAQ to be generated as a copy of the ticket and to be editable. (Editable would be incredibly useful, but i wouldn't want to lose the historical ticket data which is not helpful in the context of an FAQ)

 

I guess, i'd love the FAQ's to remain where they are.. with the ability to copy a ticket response to a "new FAQ", but for it to have its own datafile and management.
