What Telephone System do you have at your school?

We just would like to ask you guys, what sort of telephone system do you use at your school? There are so many companies out there and they are all claim to be the best in price, technical support and reliability.

 

We are currently using BT versatility at a moment, but since we bought this system, it has been some intermittent issues e.g. disconnect itself and dropping out calls and their technical support is outsourced outside the UK, which make it even harder to solve the issue.

 

Could you please recommend any company that provide good service and reasonable price?

 

If anyone who have experienced in Hosted VoIP Telephony, please give your comment as well, as we would like to consider this option too.
