Sample/current Sevice Level agreements

I have been asked to put together a couple of sample SLA's together for one of the schools i visit. To b ehonest i have only ever seen one or two and they were not really for a school/educational use.

 

DOes anyone have any sample ones or copies of ones they already use that they wouldn't mind letting me have a look at and perhaps help me use some of their content to put one together.

 

I would happily have them sent in a PM if you do not want to post onthe forums.
