Hii am working n a website redesign project and would be greatful if people can help I am trying to put a scope together but don't know where to start. I need to carry out a quality check to. Please can anyone help.

The scoping document should help to manage teh clients expectations by detailing exactly what you plan to do. The scoping document should be based on the meeting you have with your client. The document should really be based on, this is what the client says they want, this is what i plan to do and this is how much it is going to cost. A couple of things you should include in your document should be, the current problem, objectives of the project, deliverables and the cost.
