TheMinister Posted February 8, 2012 Posted February 8, 2012 So after the last deployment of our image, we've been notified that the Citations and Bibliography section (under References) is grey-ed out, unselectable, unusable. Microsoft recommends doing a full uninstall and re-install - not likely, over 1500 computers to do that too. Does someone know of another way to fix this issue?
