Start Menu shortcuts in GP for Win7?

Hi - having a tinker with the new domain, and want to tinker my way to success with the following...

 

Read something like THIS a while back and got the Start Menu shortcuts where I wanted on the All Programs menu, but I'd quite like to set shortcuts the way I'd like into the Start Menu itself rather than the All Programs bit.

 

Anyone know what I'm looking for to do that?

There are some scripts around here on the forums for pinning items to the Start Menu IIRC. There are no predefined settings for this in GP.
