Extended version problem

I can't seem to get the extended version working on HAP version 7.9. The basic version is working fine. It displays My School Computer but doesn't open and there is a script error displayed at the bottom of the screen saying Unhandled Error in Silverlight Application [Async_ExceptionOccurred]. I notice a lot of other people have had this issue and was resolved by using https, however i'm using https with a valid certificate. I can't think what else to try to get it working. I'm using IIS 6 on windows server 2003.

Unfortunately, it's very hard to track down the cause of this issue. The Extended version is being dropped in the v8 release. There are steps on one of the other threads that disables the ability to use the extended version. (http://www.edugeek.net/forums/home-access-plus/88865-error-message-download-open-2.html#post780330)
