JoeBloggs Posted January 4, 2012 Posted January 4, 2012 I am after some software (price isn't too much of an issue) that will put e-mail footers onto e-mails. We have roughly 12 different departments which require different footers, with different images, contact numbers etc. Is anyone aware of something which may suit my needs? Thanks.

JoeBloggs Posted January 4, 2012 Author Posted January 4, 2012 We currently have 12 different generic signatures (different logos, phone numbers), but when we win a new award for an example we have to update them. Users have trouble with this obviously so I need to be able to manage it in some way. Giving group 1 a generic signature, then when it needs amending I can do it and will obviously automatically change. But it will also add signatures to everyone even if they use OWA too.
Domino Posted January 4, 2012 Posted January 4, 2012 Are you using exchange 2010? if so you can add transport rules to do this, it's very clever. If it's an older version you can't, but we used to use a piece of software called exclaimer to do it. If your mails out of house then maybe opus disclaimer:OpusFlow Disclaimer for Outlook or this: Email signature software for Outlook although, as for pricing I have no idea... 1

Gatt Posted January 4, 2012 Posted January 4, 2012 Just before I left/got pushed out - I had added an email footer that had a couple of bits in it : Standard Disclaimer School Logo - Linked to School Website Schools Facebook page & Twitter pages - both with appropriate Icons and linked to relevant locations... This was done all within Exchange 2010 - its damned good at it!
