Simple Sla

I have been asked to come up with a simple SLA for supplying Printers and supplying the accesories like toners and after sales service any samples, Ideas and pointers would be more than welcom

Hi Hope and welcome to Edugeek. Please note that a large chunk of Edugeek work in the public sector in education and will probably not be able to offer much in the way of advice. What would probaly be best is if you write out a draft of the SLA and post it up here for our members to look at as I think they would be far to busy to write one for you. They will then give you the feedback you require.
