[sims] Cover Diary and Lesson Monitor issues

Hi everyone, really hoping someone has experienced this one before. In Sims (Version 7.140 / Database Build 3.61.749) we are having problems when in cover arrangement, we select the teacher who is to cover and then Save as standard. However when going to the lesson monitor the teacher that has been selected, the register is not appearing. I can’t see any reason for this and hoping someone may have come across this previously

Do you mean the teacher whose class it is doesn't appear or the cover staff don't have a register?

I think you mean the teacher who is supposed to be doing the cover.

The timeline doesn't - or at least didn't auto update. If the assignment was made after they opened SIMS, they would need to log out and back in again. OR, click on focus | homepage, and this should refresh all areas.
