Kuala Lumpur - Anybody been there

I'm in Kuala Lumpur for around 36 hours in Jan,

 

anybody been there and can recommend where to go/stay? I land on 17th at 1pm and leave at 8pm on the 18th so not there long - just looking for recommendations of what to do during the day?

 

I'm then off to bali which should be equally as awesome to see my uncle who has a bar out there!
