Kyle Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 Its that time of year again when i am getting asked to measure up rooms to be used as possible ICT rooms. I cover around 7 Primary schools and ill end up with this request from most of them. I end up having to go into classrooms, measure the room allowing for doors and other obstacles then work out how many desks can fit in or how many benches can be used to give the maximum number of computers possible. What I'd like ot do it go and measure all theses rooms first then sit and create drawings showing the measurements and also where i would put tables/benching etc. I could then print out a couple of options for each room and school to show fitted benching or flat pack desking options. Does anyone know of any software i can use free to do this> The easier to use the better. I don't need Fancy 3D stuff(although it would be nice :-) )Something i guess like a cut down version of the software they use to give you a idea of your new kitchen layout etc.
