V7.5 Installation Errors

Hi All,

 

We currently have 6.5 installed and I have been attempting to install V7.2 but keep encountering errors.

 

I have now waited until V7.5 was released but am still getting problems.

 

Server Error in '/HAP' Application.

Could not load file or assembly 'AjaxControlToolkit' or one of its dependencies. Access is denied.

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

I have been following the V7 installation documentation and video but can't seem to find out where I am going wrong.

to upgrade to v7 you need to perform a clean install. That dll is in the bin folder of the HAP+ Web ZIP

Scratch that, just reset the permissions on all the folders
