Rusty Hearts problem?

Okay so i was playing this game no problems the first day i bought this laptop, i have done a few updates on windows update, installed a few virus protectors and such. However i have turned all of the virus protectors and so forth off and i still have this problem. Here is my problem every time i try to start the game i get, "Some functions of the operating system has been corrupted. Please, close any program which is affecting game client and restart the system."

 

Now here is what i've done to try to fix this, reinstall the game 4 times, play with compatibility under properties.

Post 5 says to turn off windows firewall and make sure you are logged on as administrator
