Deleting files created between certain times?

We've had a webcam monitoring our new building progress for a while now which has been taking a snapshot every 10 minutes, including at night. I want to sequence these images into a time lapse movie, but first of all I want to remove all the night time frames taken between about 6:00pm and 7:00am which are useless to me. Short of deleting each batch manually which I'd rather not do, is there a quick and dirty script that anyone knows of which will do it for me?
