SMART board eraser not working!!!

Well in math today, you know how you can do a big circle around your writeing with the eraser and then tap the middle to erase it all but now it only erase the top left of the screen or not at all.

Check that the sensor in the tray is working correctly under the erarer. We have had them stop working in the past because they are dirty.

 

Check the board works all over with one of the pens.

 

Try uninstalling the driver and putting it back. Getting the lastest version of the driver and the smart notebook software might also be a good idea.

 

Lastly Have you checked that the firmware is up to date.
