LosOjos Posted September 30, 2011 Posted September 30, 2011 So, don't have it in big bold writing... Everyone in the modern world understands the need for unique identifiers. We all have them for loads of things. Totally agree. Plus, the majority of staff will never have any need to even know they have an ID! It's only those of us responsible for the photo imports that need to know or even care. The ID's are already there and nobody is crying in confusion as to why. 1

vikpaw Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 And the worst thing is the licence you pay for doesn't cover staff photos! See one of my old posts http://www.edugeek.net/forums/mis-systems/65763-bulk-import-staff-photos.html Though to be fair, once your staff photos are in, you don't need to update as much as student ones. We try to do students every year, though in practise it's every other year or change of key stage. Staff, at most we have an annual flux of 25 or so, which i just do manually. I can't convince the staff to take photos let a alone update them, and we use them on the security cards too! Nonetheless if David or Phil could make it easier to import staff photos in bulk, i wouldn't complain 1
