DFS Root Share

Just wondering where people have their DFS root share located? Having read through some documentation I won't be putting any folders directly under it, just links to other UNC paths so it's a question of whether to create it on the first file server or somewhere else?

 

It'll be a domain-based namespace so the important config data will be stored in AD anyway, is it just easier to let the wizard auto-create the share and be done with it...

I think we just let the wizard do it, and honestly it doesn't seem to make that much difference (although we have only just started to play with DFS)
