garrrys mod error help!!!!

I get this error for Garry's mod and cs:s every time i load up a single player or multiplayer game the error says:

 

hl2.exe- application error

 

The instruction at "0x1dc58d44" referenced memory at "0x0e619998". The memory could not

be "read". click ok to terminate program.

can anyone help me Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their are both STEAM games.
