creese Posted July 14, 2011 Posted July 14, 2011 I've not seen it mentioned here but there is some heated discussion on SupportNet. It probably doesn't apply to too many here. Capita are saying tat as of the 5th August any customized databases will cease to work. Only their new training data sets will work. A review has been promised but everything is a bit quiet on the Capita front. This could cause a lot of work for those with customized training data.

creese Posted August 2, 2011 Author Posted August 2, 2011 I feel i have entered another dimension. Even though I started this thread I have no idea where it is going. So... If anyone has a training database which has been developed from a Capita training database it will no longer run after this Thursday. The new training databases will be available then. If anyone has a database based on a Capita training data, they can raise a case with Support to get a patch run to ensure their hard work will still be viable after 4th August. I hope that is clear
