I have seen a website Cheap Laptops, Notebooks & Netbooks - Bargain range - Save on Laptops. They sell laptops at good prices. Is this a genuine company or a fraud? Anybody has experience with this company please let me know.

I haven't used them but they look pretty genuine according to Google reviews. I should be able to beat any price of there's though as they're that big.
