[sims] Setting up SIMS Dinner Money Module

We have recently bought Dinner Money Module, and are having trouble seting it up - our LA dont support it, and Capita help is not very responsive. We dont understand the Bank codes, does it matter what code goes in, or must it be specific like our school bank account. Any ideas welcome

Bank codes are for school reference only. Usually the school has a Pupil and a Staff code.

We have staff and pupil codes, so basically we cann put whatever reference we like in the bank code section? e.g. link to finance code etc.?

I always get the schools to put their 2 LA codes in.

 

It will depend where the various reports that quote them are sent. If it doesn't go outside the school it won't matter.
