does anyone have a Windows 7 unattened.xml they would be willing to share so that us novices can use it to edit our own.

 

if possible one that will prompt for a computer name

 

will set up for UK settings not US automaticly

 

will work on 64 bit and 32 bit (think this will need 2 files)

 

will not rearm so that we can sysprep more than 3 times.

 

Join domain

 

anything else that might help

you will need 1 files for each architecture yes

 

prompt for pc name depends on how your deployment method is set as much as anything ive found it often just doamins it (with win7) and randomly names it. I dont believe if it is set to domain it can be named manually as i seem to remember it does it domain first so you cant rename without a reboot

 

my files based on pro but i seem to recall them working on enterprise but im not 100% sure

This is the unattend file I use for my single deployments(autounattend.xml saved to a USB disk). (it's for x86)
