HAP+ - Add application error

Hello,

 

I am getting the attached error on adding/converting Extranet to application on Server 2008 R2 / IIS 7.5.

 

I have followed the video - permissions done... created app pool etc... files not ready only.

 

Any help/advice would be greatfully received.

Are the files stored in that location. Also check to see if you haven't already got a website running in that folder. HAP needs to be installed into a sub folder inside wwwroot

I am also seeing this same error, although the app appears to be working properly for the most part except for the change password tab. When I try to change the password I receive a "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation." error.
