kevin_lane Posted June 18, 2011 Author Posted June 18, 2011 scratch that i have just seen this Migrating a computer that is running Exchange 2007 to the Windows Server 2008 operating system requires careful planning, as you cannot do an in-place upgrade of the operating system from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008. Instead, you have to either build a new server and migrate your data, or preserve your data and re-build your existing server from scratch. sukh Posted June 24, 2011 Posted June 24, 2011 1. Your option is to build a a staging server server and move your exch mailboxes/services over then rebuild your other server.
