I'm sure some one has done this and i dont want to have to change my exchange enviroment or hardware

 

current

 

windows 2003 server with exchange 2007 sp3

 

want to move to windows 2008 r2 ent and keep current exchange ver and hardware

 

what issues have people had ? if any one has had any
