Wyse S10 Performance

Hello,

 

We currently have around 60 Wyse S10 Terminals. And another 60 Wyse 1200LE Terminals.

They all connect to a Citrix 4.5 Farm, Running 2003 R2 x64.

 

We are experiencing extremely poor graphic performance from these terminals. Simple scrolling in IE, or playing a YouTube video, causes the screen to severely stutter.

 

Also we would like to use microphones / headphones, on the S10 terminals. But they don’t seem to detect any sound device.

 

The S10 terminals are running version 5, of their software (Very old version), and the 1200le are running the latest. Someone did suggest upgrading the firmware, but we don’t have a maintenance contract with Wyse.

 

We halso have a numbe of HP T5530 Termianls, that work fine with audio devices, so I don;t think it's the servers at fault.

 

Can anyone suggest any ideas, on how to increase the perforce of these terminals. Or can provide me with an updated firmware image.
