Asset Management

Hi I am looking into Asset Management tools which schools and colleges use to do an inventory on all computers and put it on on a system.

 

Currently we use Spiceworks and an Excel Document to do asset management but as some people know that electronic and manual copies are not the best so we are looking into having an electronic system. Can you help me to find the best way into having this kind of system.
