Free video upload & streaming other than youtube

Doens;t anyone know of a site other than youtube to stream video from? or know of a method where we can set youtube to allow access to our school youtube account but not anything else?

If you have a Smoothwall web filter you can set access so students/staff are only allowed to view the schools Youtube channel, which you can manage by adding or removing videos.
