ron Posted June 8, 2011 Posted June 8, 2011 Does anyone know how to increase the size of the tool bar in word 2010. Have a visually impaired student and they are finding it difficult to view the tool bar. I can't find any instructions on the Microsoft office forum and I have checked within the view tab and checked in options but I can't find how to increase the size.

Although it's not "pretty" as such, only real way of doing it is cheating and increase whole system menu size. Right click desktop, personalise, Window colour, advanced Find menu setting, increase font size Steve
ron Posted June 8, 2011 Author Posted June 8, 2011 No it's XP. Students don't have privileges to be able to change system menu sizes. If it's not an option to increase the menu size in word itself then that's a bit disappointing!

It's office 2010 they didn't add a way, unless you rewrite the whole XML for the display of the menu. (At least that I know of). Only option is to set it for that user. Steve
