Outlook 2003 & 2010 problems

having recently installed outlook 2010 on a hand full of stations to test, issues slowly started to show.

 

it seems the profile, mailbox, etc etc is being migrated to 2010 and stopping it working in 2003.

 

For some reason there is also problems with OWA??? un/pw box appears but wont accept anything.

yet i can access OWA on my station. (BTW Exchange is configured for mobiles, iphone etc, so you dont see the OWA login page just the standard box)

 

has anyone ideas

1. What version of exch are you using?

2. Have you tried to rebuild the MAPI Profile and test?

3. Is the issue with all users? Same PC's? Different PC's?

4. Owa not working internally or externally or both?

5. Run the Exch BPA and check your exch config
