[sims] Options Block Subjects [Solved]

Hi guys - I don't know if this is possible -

 

We have SIMS and NOVA T4

 

I've been asked to determine which subjects belong to which option blocks... can I do this?

 

It's not an area I usually cover...

Still on NOVA-T4?! You need to upgrade to T6 as T4 is old, outdated and probably soon unsupported (if it isn't already).

 

Do Schedule -> Manual Blocks you will get a screen that lets you pick a year group and which blocks they do. Under Staffing it will show the classes for that block, look for the subject code in the classes. For example, 7T/En will be Year 7 English.

 

T6 is also nicer as you can see the subjects and blocks easily, but both packages are equally as complicated to look at for the untrained eye. My jaw hit the floor when I first saw T6 and was told to migrate us to it from T4 as it looked so complicated.
