Book a cheap flight

Does anyone know of any websites that offers last minute flights to any European country - preferably cheap, too?

 

All I can think of is lastminute.com and expedia.co.uk

 

Any other websites I can try that have been tried and tested and can be vouched for by Edugeekers?

I would look at MSE first but another good one is Skyscanner

Try teletext holidays, Purple Holidays, Alpha Rooms, Icelolly. I've used these in the past but I've noticed recently the rating they give hotels are not quite accurate - so bear this in mind if you check these websites.

 

Have you heard of a website called Quidco? It's a cashback website where you can buy items on here and you get the cashbacks from 5%-15% generally on holidays. Register free on the website and they have a search tool - type in the website name (i.e. Alpha Rooms). This will redirect to the website and you can purchase holiday deals and you will get some cashback from the deal you purchase. Check it out and see what you think?

Ohh and be careful with a lot of the cheap flight websites. I found you search, find a good deal and then when you phone up to get it or confirm they price is now up by £100+. Seems they put up the first price they get/comes into their mind to get you to phone up & never update the online price. Had 3 companies do this or tell me the prices hadn't been confirmed yet so phone back in a month. Very frustrating.
