Can someone tell me where all my pictures have gone after moodle upgrade?

I have just upgrade my moodle site to 1.9.11 from 1.9.5.

everything seemed to go OK but now noen of the pictures are showing anywhere?

 

If you take a look here Prenton Moodle - In Maintenance Mode you will see what i mean.

 

I can now even upload a picture in the html editor but it still doesn't show up!

have restored to my old moodle for now.

 

Still concered about how this happened.

where were the image links pointing to after you'd upgraded - right click and do image properties
