Hello Guys,

 

I would like to ask for information on how to block the following using the firewall I Stated in the title:

 

Proxymice.com. The only really working Facebook proxy. Free and Fast.

Since I want to block facebook, the kids use the links above to access which are restricted and against the school's guidelines. The firewall I mentioned above cannot block it. Any one can help me please? Thank you very much in advance.

Fortinet currently rate this address as Web Translation, which I assume you haven't filtered as a category.

 

To block a URL immediately, you can re-rate in a category that you are blocking.

 

You can do this locally on the box by logging into the web interface, selecting UTM, Web Filter, then select the Local Ratings tab. Select Create New, enter the URL and select the category you want to rate the site as (eg Potentially Liable>Proxy Avoidance). This should work assuming that you have setup your protection profile to block the Proxy Avoidance category). Menu options may be slighly different dependent upon your firwmare version.
