Darylrese Posted March 1, 2011 Posted March 1, 2011 (edited) Dear all, I'm having problems connecting our Business Directors IPAD upto our Microsoft 2007exchange server. I have checked his account settings in A.D...he has ActiveSync services enabled and he can get his work emails on his blackberry storm device but wants them on ipad aswell. Has anyone connected an IPAD to exchange and successfully accessed it internal and externally? I have looked on the internet and i have set the account settings as they should be but it says unable to connect no matter what. The same settings stored on his blackberry work fine! I have tried following this guide but no luck: http://blog.fosketts.net/guides/ipad-exchange-activesync/ Any help appriciated as always Daryl Edited March 1, 2011 by Darylrese
sukh Posted March 1, 2011 Posted March 1, 2011 Hi What error messages are you getting? Where does it fail when configuring the iPAD? Regards Sukh
Darylrese Posted March 2, 2011 Author Posted March 2, 2011 It just says unable to connect to the server when you test the connection. It then lets you save the settings but says it might not work....and it doesn't!
sukh Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 Hi Can you access OWA externally? Have you got any other device using ActiveSynch? Regards Sukh
