This explains the differences at a high level and also provides some advice on ways to approach choosing the right solution for you.

 

Ultimately, when buying storage, you need to get it sized/ specced correctly for your particular needs which means talking to vendors. Just don't get caught up in the "bells and whistles" they offer - get the basics right first.

Thanks Simon, whilst it did not provide me with much that I did not already know it made the whole area very easy to understand - I shall be using it to introduce to introduce my head teacher to the ideas of San and Nas.
