Smartboard not Interactive

Hi Guys,

 

Right I have a MAC/Smartboard issue I hope you can help with.

 

1: I have a Mac Mini attached to a Smartboard 660. It has been interactive for several weeks but not all of a sudden its stopped.

 

I have checked the following :-

Usb Cable connection, (fine - replaced just to be sure)

Drivers & Software Vers. (Updated and latest version of each)

 

It seems that the MAC doesn't always want to pick up the Smartboard, the LED stays Red until you go into Smart Control Panel, then run the connection wizard and then it finds it!

 

This is a bit of a nuicance as the teacher isn't technologically minded and just thinks that it's broke! Any ideas for a permanent fix?
