Sanyo xu-75 service manual or help required please.

Hi, I have a pile of xu-75 projectors to clean. I am scared to go any further without some guides to follow. Is anyone able to help please. I did try to remove some screws, and clean what i could. now my projector will give me power, light, but no projected image, (except of course when I focus on the dust I get pink and black dots) where I have not cleaned it properly. I dont know if I have put the earth on properly as I am unsure where it came from. Please anyone I really need some help here. I dont want to let my boss down.
