tech_guy Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 We need to hang a small NAS solution off our network (it'll only hold around 200GB of files), but it'll have to be quite robust with 50-odd users accessing it. I said we'd use an old server, whack some suitable new HDDs in it, install FreeNAS, and bob's your uncle but they want a nice new shiny box with NAS written on it..... Budget is up to £500 ex vat. Needs to support Raid 1, 5 and AD. Many thanks.
