Exchange 2010 ECP

Hi,

 

We have in house Exchange 2010 setup and being used in school. For students, i ran a powershell command to setup the default location and language so that they did not have to choose the option. Now though, when users try to access the ECP, they are shown the default language choice screen and when they click continue the page errors.

 

Has anybody come across this problem?

Hi deano,

 

I've not had this problem myself, but for a lot of OWA/ECP/OA errors the easiest and most reliable solution is just to nuke the virtual directory and start again. Be sure to take a note of relevant settings then do the following:

 

Get-OwaVirtualDirectory | Remove-OwaVirtualDirectory
New-OwaVirtualDirectory

 

Then return and configure as necessary. I know this is a drastic measure but you'll often find it fixes most issues with OWA/ECP/OA.
