Pinnacle Studio 14 Problems

Getting ready for tomorrow now and here's one thing that was really doing my head in that I've just realised I didn't look any more into over the holidays which I was going to.

 

We have two problems with Pinnacle.

 

1. It has started displaying a blue question mark on all videos, whether they were imported by Pinnacle or caputred else where, so you can't edit, preview or do anything at all with them. I tried reinstalling a copy on one machine which sorted it for about a week and then the problem returned.

 

2. Another rather odd issue which I haven't looked into is that sometimes adding Titles to a clip works, sometimes it doesn't. It's not the same machine, it's not the same user and it's happend on various projects. Not even got a clue on where to start diagnosing it, any ideas?
