gibbo_ap Posted December 25, 2010 Posted December 25, 2010 well last night (after a few drinks) i dropped my iPhone 3GS in errrm some water. tried to turn it off (cleaver me) then dried it out ya know how you do, in the oven wrapped in a towel on very low heat.... it worked, then dried it further on a radiator. the phone works, rings, answers (via touch) but the screen is buggered, white with blue lines. have anyof you experience with changing screens on the thiphone??? or getting them repaired, i have changed screens on nokia n95 and doubt ill find it difficult merry christmas all
DrCheese Posted December 25, 2010 Posted December 25, 2010 You're in luck, changing the screen on the 3g and 3gs is pretty simple iPhone 3GS Repair Manual - iFixit
