Has anyone used/have an Advent Vega?

Is it any good?

 

I fancy a tablet, but not sure which. I would like an iPad but im a slightly loathed to pay that much money!

 

I could wait till BETT and see what DB has on display but my Birthday is soon and might ask for money to go towards it.

Sadly it appears that a large proportion of the Vega's were bought purely to be sold on ebay for a profit, such is life these days.

There's none in stock anywhere as close as I can tell, they've been recalled due to a Flash licensing problem.

The vega isn't worth it. Android Samsung tablet is a good one to get. Much friendlier than the iPad I found

You can buy NOKIA. The most important thing is the after-sale service.

Biased review perhaps?

 

This Android tablet is a closer fit to the 'useless' category. We found sites that use large amounts of Flash advertising, such as Welcome - PC Advisor, could take minutes to load, if at all.

 

That sounds like a plus point to me.

The Galaxy tab is pretty much in the same price range as the iPad isnt it?
