Notion Ink: Adam (WATCH OUT)

I don't want to be a dooms day preacher, but i just tried to buy one of them Notion Ink Adam’s but got a decline from my credit card company.

 

Got a nice automated voice on my answer machine, basically urging me to call LLoydsTSB Froud centre.

 

The transaction was for around £260 but instead of being for an IT/electronics firm, the money was attempting to go to a utility firm Gas/Electric WTF??.

 

I talked to nice lady at Lloyds and best action was to put a freeze on my card and get a new one issued.

 

So, i'm not going to say DON'T get one as it could be legit, heaven knows there are lots of iffy yet legit Chinese tablet computers around.

it seems they are having problems with the payments being detected as fraud as they are having to redirect the money due to timing issues or something - the english is very broken but then that's to be expected.
