Start up script trouble

i have a startup script located in 'comp config > policies > win settings > scripts > startup' with a little batch file set to run.

 

the bat file checks if sims is installed > copies 2 ini files > installs sims infrastructure and application.

 

i have various other scripts running fine. the client is 7 pro, server 2008r2

 

have you any ideas????

 

i know sims install takes ages but the first step is to copy the ini files, which isnt been done so it wont get to the install

i have also just tried the script copying the two ini files and nothing else

also .bat not showing in rsop
