Booking system for single computers in LRB

Just a thought but has anyone used anything of this nature? Our LRB manager has his hands full at dinnertime and something like this would be very handy.

I noticed this Free Open Source PC Booking and Reservation Computer Software : Pre-Book Linux Server and Windows Client - Userful but it doesn't look very easy to use without thier extras.
