Silverlight app not loading

I've been playing round with a bit of expression studio and thought I might try and host it online. I've created a silverlight app in blend 4 and a page in web 4... published them and the result is:

it loads to 100% and then stays blank.... its a 50mb app so might take a while on a slower connection but I made it and its definitely not a 50mb white rectangle.

 

I've got the projects .xap file uploaded and linked in, as well as the silverlight.js... it works fine locally previewing from expression web, but wont work when published.

 

Am I missing something obvious?
