XML Error

I am trying to upload/install the edugeek-joomla package (edugeek-joomla-package-sysman_mk), but when I attempt to do so, I receive the following error message:

 

Error! Could not find an XML setup file in the package.

 

I am unable to even upload/install the file.

 

What am I missing? Does anyone have any suggestions?
