Online Cover Request Form

Hi

 

We currently have a wonderful paper based system for cover/course requests/trips , that relies on you getting a form to about 20 people to sign before they let you go (or not).

 

There must be a way of doing this with a web based calendar. The user needs a straight forward form- what date, how many kids etc. that then is sent to an admin to confirm.

 

The admin screen will need to be able to easilly call up that days events and send a confirmation- that adds it to the calendar and then emails the requester (if allowed).

 

Any ideas on a starting place?
