Help Needed Restoring Exchange 2007 Mailboxes Through Backup Exec 11D

We had to run a repair of our Exchange Database which has royally messed up a lot of users mailboxes and deleted the majority of their emails.

 

The last working backup we have is from roughly 2 weeks ago but we are struggling to restore from disk or tapes with various errors.

 

Having never performed mailbox restores before we are under a bit of pressure and wondered if there was anyone who has done this who we could ask for advice either through here or phone?
